Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before session: full refund or reschedule
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund, one reschedule permitted
• Less than 24 hours: no refund, no reschedule
• Group sessions: no refund under 24 hours
• Packages: non-refundable after purchase; sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice
